Bob is a real big guy from Morro Bay who likes to ride real big
waves. He's the kind of guy if you see him coming down a wave,
you better get out of the way-quick! He was tired of standard
bodyboards that would not float him and didn't give him the
stiffness or speed he wanted. He decided on a thick 46" board
with three fin boxes and two leash plugs. His top skin is a one
of a kind silver "carbon fiber look" skin with multi colored
splatters. The white circle was airbrushed on and then the skull
was hand printed over it. Note the real deep hand grooves for
maximum control on big waves. Here he is below catching a
big wave on a previous board- now with his new board when he sets
his rail for the big bottom turn- he won't spin out. Here's some
of his emails:
Hi, I'm Robert and I
surf in Morro Bay, California. I am 6ft tall and weigh about
270lbs (ex-pro football player ). My current boards just don't
float me well.--------My new board is awesome. seems like just what
I wanted. It's not too big, but floats me well. It bites into the wave in the bottom turn
instead of wiggling all over the place. I was both fast and
confident.
