Hal didn't want a board that
had a lot of float--he wanted a board that was thin, narrow and
stiff and strong. He supplied a detailed drawing with this
shape that he had designed. He also wanted a top that was dished out a
little and a 6 inch channel that ran up to the nose-plus he
wanted it 48" long and 2 inches thin. With these channels and
thinness compromising the board's inherent internal foam core
strength, I had to use special heavier strong plastic and
internal structure to ensure that the board will never crease.
Note the full length grip grooves. This board has a round nose
and wrap rail tech for that special look. Thanks Hal.
